Do you sweat more because of the special materials used?
No, quite the opposite. All the materials used are breathable and silver has thermoregulating properties, i.e. the woven silver fibres have a natural cooling effect at higher temperatures.

Can I regularly wash my BoxerShields in the washing machine?
Yes, our SILVERTONs are machine washable. However, to ensure a particularly long-lasting protective function, we recommend washing the BoxerShields at max. 30°C and leaving them to air dry.

How long does the EMF protection last?
The lab confirmed protection of >99.9% lasts for at least 150 washings - this corresponds to approx. 2-3 years of normal use. After that, we recommend renewing your SILVERTONs to be able to guarantee the protective effect without restriction.

How long does shipping take?
For Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, delivery takes 2-4 days.
International shipping to other countries takes 2-8 days.

How can I track my order?

What if the BoxerShields don't fit me?
If your BoxerShields don't fit you, you can return them to us free of charge within 30 days and we will give you a full refund. For countries outside the EU, we do not cover the cost for return shipping.

Which payment options do I have?
You can pay with all common payment methods: Paypal, credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express), Amazon Pay, as well as KLARNA (purchase on account).

Is it possible to buy on account?
Yes, you can easily buy via KLARNA and pay your order 14 days after receipt.
